大會學術交流活動

第四屆亞洲健康心理學國際會議議事組主席 許文耀

本人謹代表主辦單位議事組,誠摯邀請您參與「第四屆亞洲健康心理學國際會議」的學術交流活動。專題討論、口頭論文發表、及海報呈現的提案/稿件徵求已經開始。若您有任何關於本次會議的疑問或需要任何進一步的訊息,都請隨時與我們聯絡。我們將竭誠地為您服務,希望參與此次會議能成為您的一個美好經驗。

「第四屆亞洲健康心理學國際會議」的主要目的在於拓展亞洲健康心理學的視野。我們希望能邀請亞洲13個國家,將近1250位的健康心理學家或相關領域的教授及研究者與會。本次大會針對健康心理學領域中「老化與慢性病」的相關主題及議題,設計了許多學術交流活動,涵蓋一般性的重要議題、跨領域議題、及文化特定議題。透過此次會議,「預防健康心理學與健康政策推廣」、「優質老化」、「創傷與慢性病的治療與調適」、「老年疾病及安寧與緩和醫療」等主題的重要性將更被彰顯。

大會的學術交流活動將涵蓋上述健康心理學重要主題的主要面向,包含健康行為、社會支持、健康政策;主觀幸福感、正向積極生活參與、提升(維持)生活品質、老年情緒與認知功能研究、減少危害生活型態、睡眠;糖尿病、心血管疾病、癌症、創傷、死亡準備、失落;老年症候群、老年疾病、安寧與緩和醫療等議題。

本次大會的學術交流活動包含:
  • 由多位國際知名專家學者擔綱演出的大會主題演講(Keynote Addresses),內容涵蓋多個健康心理學的重要領域。
  • 多位健康心理學領域的專家與參與聽眾進行意見交流及討論的「圓桌論壇(Round Table Discussions)」。
  • 專題討論(Symposia)。
  • 針對特定研究主題的論文發表及海報呈現。
  • 由世界級的健康心理學者帶領的「青年學者座談會(Young Scholars Program)」
  • 健康心理學領域的資深學者相互分享彼此珍貴的觀點與知識。

本次會議將於2010年8月27日至31日,在臺北福華文教會館舉辦。此次會議內容豐富,包含大會主題演說(Keynote Address)、專題討論(Symposia)、口頭論文發表(Oral Presentations)、海報呈現(Poster Presentations)、圓桌論壇(Round Table Discussions)與青年學者座談會(Young Scholars Program)。此頁面將提供本次會議各種論文投稿形式的指引,希望藉此能幫助您順利完成投稿及論文發表程序。

各項目說明如下:

專題討論
本次會議規劃了多場專題討論會,每場次均針對特定主題安排多位研究者發表研究論文。專題討論會主席在討論會開始時,將為與會者簡介該場次主題。每場次90分鐘,包含4~6篇論文發表,並安排聽眾提問討論時間,與論文發表者進行雙向交流討論。最後,再由主席進行總結。

圓桌論壇
圓桌論壇邀請健康心理學領域的幾位重要學者,針對特定主題進行討論。主席將先行為聽眾簡介論壇主題,然後參與討論的學者輪流針對論壇主題提出他們的看法,並與聽眾進行意見交流。討論過程中,主席協調、促成各成員觀點的呈現,並於最後針對主要的討論結果進行總結。整個論壇將進行約90分鐘。

口頭論文發表
所發表的論文需為具理論基礎的實證研究結果,或基於實證研究所進行的整合分析(meta-analysis)或文獻評論(critical review)。每一篇研究有15分鐘的發表時間,以及3分鐘的聽眾提問討論時間。主辦單位建議每位發表者準備口頭報告的投影片檔案、或在事先知會主辦單位的前提之下,使用其他影音形式輔助報告。報告內容應針對理論基礎、研究方法、研究結果、結論與討論,平均分配時間。主辦單位議事組將整合相同主題的發表論文,組成以90分鐘為單位的主題討論會。

海報呈現
所有海報都需以英文呈現,在會議期間將持續張貼於會議門廳供與會者觀賞。專業的學術會議均設有海報呈現時間,本會議也不例外。在此時段內,海報呈現者需站在所呈現的海報旁,回答參觀者所提出的有關該研究的問題,也藉此機會與他人進行面對面的討論。

「第四屆亞洲健康心理學國際會議」的一個重要特色是,為剛踏入健康心理學研究領域的年輕學者們設計了兩場「青年學者座談會」。我們特別邀請Dr. Charles S. Carver, Dr. Robert Levenson, Dr. Elaine A. Leventhal, Dr. Howard Leventhal等健康心理學領域的重要學者,分別在兩場座談中與學員們分享他們寶貴的經驗。這幾位學者在健康心理學領域都分別有非常深厚的資歷及卓越的表現,相信透過他們的分享,能讓甫踏入此領域的青年學者們獲益良多。

 

90分鐘的座談會中,將包含兩個部份:

第一個部份

將由幾位資深學者與青年學者們分享他們的選擇投入健康心理學領域的學思歷程。

第二個部份

經由大會事先準備的手稿或投影片資料,資深學者將指導青年學者們在專業學術寫作或報告上的注意事項。

在兩個部份中,也都安排與會的成員們有機會提出他們的疑問,與幾位學者們直接討論、交流。

 

我們很希望透過這樣的方式,提供健康心理學領域的年輕學者們一個舒適、開放的交流平台,從與前輩們的對談中獲得經驗的傳承及啟發,也分享彼此的心得。

此座談會的對象是正攻讀碩士或博士學位、主要研究領域為健康心理學的研究者。共有兩個場次,每場次參與人數以60人為限,為免費參加。報名此座談會之前,請先完成「第四屆亞洲健康心理學國際會議」的線上註冊及繳費。報名者需接獲大會通知,確認其投稿之論文摘要已被接受發表,並確定將出席本次會議發表論文(口頭報告或海報呈現)

報名日期自201061開始。請下載報名表填寫後,連同個人簡歷,於2010715日前郵寄至organizing@2010achp.com。課程名額有限,大會彙整報名資料後,將由議事委員會進行審核後於20108月初公佈錄取名單。

    亞洲健康心理學會創會理事長日本Motoaki教授、第三屆亞洲健康心理學會榮譽主辦Noguchi 教授與台灣臨床心理學會,為獎勵國、內外專家學者和學生踴躍參與本次大會壁報論文投稿,並透過壁報的學術交流,以提升健康心理學研究之專業水準,特訂定本徵選辦法。
  2. 參與資格:
    凡報名註冊參與本次大會壁報論文,並已完成投稿且被接受。同時,於大會截止日前,已繳納相關費用,且於大會舉辦期間按照規定張貼壁報者,均自動成為被審查的對象。
  3. 名額及獎勵方式:
    本獎項共有三類,一類由與會者票選的「最受歡迎論文獎」;一類為專家學者評審的「年度優選論文獎」;一類為專家學者評審的「台灣臨床心理學會優選論文獎」。說明如下。
    1.「最受歡迎論文獎」:由已報名註冊參與大會,並於大會截止日前,已繳納相關費用者,均可參與票選。選票由大會於報到時附上,每位參與者有3張選票。該類獲獎名額為 2 名,每名獲頒獎金為新台幣5,000元。
    2.「年度優選論文獎」:由大會遴聘相關領域專家學者組成壁報審查委員會,於大會舉辦期間進行審查。該類獲獎名額為 19 名,第一名獲頒獎金新台幣$6,700元,另18名每名獲頒獎金為新台幣$3,850元。
    3. 「台灣臨床心理學會優選論文獎」:由大會遴聘相關領域專家學者組成壁報審查委員會,於大會舉辦期間進行審查。該類獲獎名額為 10名,第一名獲頒獎金新台幣$5,000元,另9名每名獲頒獎金為新台幣$2,000元。
  4. 評審程序:
    大會將組成最佳壁報論文獎審查委員會,由大會主席推舉召集人,並聘請十位臨床、健康心理學研究者與實務者擔任評審委員。委員於大會舉辦中進行審查,每篇論文至少經過兩位委員評審。壁報展示評分項目以內容佔90%,現場問題回應與交流佔10%之標準評分。說明如下。
    1. 研究議題的重要度和創新度 (10%)
    2. 摘要呈現的完整度 (10%)
    3. 方法論適切度的考量 (30%)
    4. 研究結果的意涵(學術上和實務上)(35%)
    5. 壁報製作的整體美觀 (5%)
    6. 現場問題回應與交流 (10%)
  5. 本徵選辦法經大會籌備委員會議通過,修訂時亦同。
